1. Down Payment :
50% Down Payment is required upon first confirmation.

2. Final Payment :
The rest of 50% (balance due) from the total project will be paid after we send the project preview to you.

3. Tax Payment :
Payments made through PayPal will incur an additional 4.7% charge.

4. Project Forms :
Please fill our form request and attach assets for editing such as song, sample video, couple name, request from the couple, logo creation, or other animations that you want to put inside the final movie after the first confirmation date.

5. Sample Video :
We recommend each company send a video sample for the first time using our service; we will learn the style and characteristics of your video.

6. Privacy Policy Copyright :
Shierra Studios prioritizes your privacy and intellectual property. We do not claim any rights to distribute or publish your final edits. All assets remain 100% your property. As your dedicated post-production partner, we operate strictly as a third-party service provider. This commitment to confidentiality is why we do not publicly showcase our portfolio, except for specific projects where explicit authorization has been granted.

7. Music License :
We can help source music by selecting demo tracks from platforms such as Musicbed. Once the edit is finalized and you are satisfied with the track, you will need to acquire the license. Shierra Studios does not provide licenses and is not responsible for any copyright or licensing matters. Please note that we do not accept music changes once the editing process or revisions have begun.

8. Deliverable :
Any completed and approved project will be uploaded via Dropbox/Google Drive. Before the final payment is settled, Shierra Studios only sends a low-quality version for preview and will disable the download features.

9. Media Archives :
Shierra Studios will keep all your completed projects within 2 weeks; after that, all files are automatically deleted from our storage.

10. Editing Platform :
For now, we are using Adobe Premiere Pro CC. We recommend you use the same version to prevent project damage.

11. Revision :
Revisions can be claimed after all payments are paid.

12. Cancelation Policy :
We highly recommend reviewing all project details before finalizing your order. Because our production workflow begins the moment an order is placed (including asset downloading and scheduling), we cannot offer refunds for cancelled projects. However, we offer flexibility: you may transfer your deposit to a new project instead of losing it. This way, you do not need to make a new down payment for your replacement order.
